Red Onions

I use red onions in almost everything I cook. I love them. They get caramelized and tossed into my spinach salad. I use ¾ of one in my 2 day refried beans. Tons goes into my Tuna salad. They are integral to almost all my soup bases. So it goes without saying that at some point I should photograph them a little and especially when I come across one with such great lines.
