Menton Restaurant's new face and menu, Boston
Chef Scott Jones has been at the helm of Barbara Lynch's Relais & Châteaux restaurant Menton for some months now and is changing things up with a strong intention of moving towards the original concept of offering some amazing tasting menus to their guests. I had the opportunity to work with Mr. Jones, pastry chef Donna Yuen and manager Michelle Pane to create a few images of the new menu along with some fresh portraits.
