AZ Scapes

I traveled to my hometown Tucson for this past Christmas. I also had the great pleasure of staying with my brother who happens to live in a spectacular location, just down the road from Sabino Canyon, making it very easy for me to get up for sunrise hikes and photography nearly every morning that I was there. I focused a lot of energy on some long-exposure pre-sunrise and sunrise photography while also creating a few long exposure night shots while we went camping with the kids one night.

I selfishly took some time aside while on my drive to and back from Phoenix visiting friends to stop at one quintessential landmark along I10 along with a rock and sand excavation site adjacent to a farm in Casa Grande. No matter how many times I return to this area of the country I was raised in I am always stunned by so much of the decaying beauty of old buildings there along with the amazing raw beauty of the desert in Southern AZ.

Fine Art Prints of these images can be ordered from my WECphotosSmugMug site from the Arizona Scapes gallery.

You can also look at and post your opinion of these pics at this gallery on my Pro-Facebook page.  And I have posted a few of these in my Flickr page as well.

If you have any questions about specific images, don’t hesitate to ask.

I hope you enjoy them!!
