I had the pleasure of photographing a great event on the 1^st of August which is part of an amazing dining series that has been created from a union between Bay End Farm in Buzzard’s Bay and the Blue Room restaurant in Cambridge and their sister wine shop Central Bottle. They put together 3 or more of these fantastic outdoor dinners on the farm each summer in which all you do is bring yourself, your own plate, a seriously wet appetite, a wet appetite for some good wine, maybe some sunscreen and perhaps some friends and family members. This One Long Table event was on the 1^st of August and included an amazing picked-that-morning fresh tomato salad, along with a rabbit ragu papardelle dish and a phenomenal roasted Bluefish.

The One Long Table dinners are very relaxed and meant to be social events and educational in expressing what Kofi and Erin and their team are producing on their great farm, along with experiencing what combinations chef Jorge Lopes puts together using the farm's fresh ingredients and some of his favorite seasonal gatherings.
